2. Child’s Pose
Child’s Pose is a restorative yoga position that stretches the lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles while promoting relaxation.
How to Do It:
- Start Position: Kneel on the floor, touch your big toes together, and sit on your heels. Separate your knees about hip-width apart.
- Stretch Forward: Exhale and lay your torso down between your thighs, extending your arms forward with palms facing down.
- Hold: Stay in this position for 1-3 minutes, breathing deeply and steadily.
