7. Cobra Stretch
The cobra stretch is a yoga pose that helps strengthen the spine and relieve tension in the lower back.
How to Do It:
- Start Position: Lie face down with your hands under your shoulders and elbows close to your body.
- Lift Chest: Press into your hands to lift your chest off the ground, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
- Hold: Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, then lower back down.
- Repetition: Repeat 2-3 times.
